Disclaimer/Refund Policy
- All cabins are supplied with starter paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We suggest bringing additional paper products, or they can be purchased at one of the nearby stores.
- No outside guests are allowed without prior written approval
- Sidewalk chalk, water balloons, and any fireworks are prohibited as they cause harm to aquatic life and the environment.
- *No pets allowed
- *No outside firewood (Firewood available on site.)
- *No smoking/vaping in rooms. Outside is ok in designated areas
- *No glass bottles allowed outside cabins
- *No marijuana allowed on property (or drugs of any kind). If detected, you will be asked to leave with no refunds.
- *50% nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve/book rooms. No refunds within 30 days of your booked stay (outside of 30 days,50% of the total stay is nonrefundable.) posted rates are “starting at” rates and do not include Friday and Saturday stays, peak holidays, NASCAR, or faster horses dates.
